Edit box for entering the data database search must find in the

database.

Click on this button to perform the search.

Select the field from the database, where the search will be con-

ducted.

Enable filter functionality. You can add advanced filters to the

database.

Tousetheeditfieldobject,dothefollowing:

Clickonthe iconinthetoolbox.

YoucanalsoselectthecommandEditfieldintheObjectmenu.

2. Clickontheform,whereyouwanttopositiontheobject.

3. Doubleclickontheobject.

Thedialogboxopenswithobjectproperties.

4. GototheContentstab.

5. SelectVariable valueforthecontents.

6. Selectthevariablefromthelist.Thisvariablewillstorethevaluetheuserwillprovide.

Note:

Ifnovariableisavailableinthelist,importthevariablesfromthelabel(Design -> Get Variables)

orclickonthebuttonNew.

7. ClickontheOKbutton.

Tousetheframeobject,dothefollowing:

3. Ifyouclickonce,theframeisinsertedinadefaultsize.Youcanclickonceandholdthe

leftmousebutton,thendraginthedesireddirectiontoresizetheframe.
